Room Number 3
This is where we conduct our Pre-Kindy program coordinated and delivered by an Early Childhood Teacher who focuses on preparing the children for their formal years of schooling. Included on a regular basis are excursions to the beach and bush located within walking distance from the centre.
The layout of the indoor and outdoor spaces provide the perfect learning environment for children, as it radiates warmth, friendliness and safety. The large outdoor area provides the ideal setting for children to explore and learn through discovery, whilst still being involved in fundamental movement skills that are critical for the development of co-ordination, gross & fine motor skills.
All our Educators develop a Holistic approach to their teaching and learning programs where the focus is on developing children’s physical, personal, social, emotional, spiritual and cognitive well being whilst ensuring children have access to natural resources that promote sustainability and a connection with our natural world.
All rooms participate in excursions to the local bush and beach setting, both within walking distance of the centre. These excursions help us to educate the children on environmental issues and help them make connections with their local community and natural world.
